These terms cover the use of the golf simulators and services at The Fairways @ Brooks Place Tavern, 25577 Conifer Rd, Unit 105, Conifer, CO 80433. By booking or using a bay, you agree to them.

Using the bays

Every player must sign the liability waiver and rules before playing, and follow the safety instructions our staff give you. Only one person should be in the hitting area at a time, and everyone else should stay clear of the swing path.

Behavior that disrupts other guests or damages the facility isn't allowed, and staff may end a session if it happens.

Bookings and cancellations

Cancel at least 12 hours before your booking for a refund. See the full cancellation policy.

Risk and responsibility

Golf involves swinging clubs and moving balls. Guests assume responsibility for personal injury, property damage, and other risks that come with using the simulators.

Guests are responsible for damage to simulator equipment caused by misuse or neglect during their session.

Your information

We collect the personal information needed to take and manage your booking and use it only for that purpose.

Ownership

The Fairways name, logo, and website content belong to The Fairways @ Brooks Place Tavern.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
